Algerian is the word for a person from Algeria — the large country in northwest Africa on the Mediterranean, between Morocco and Libya, with its capital at — and for things that belong to that country: Algerian food, an Algerian passport, the Algerian team. As a noun you can say she is Algerian, or Algerians for the people. It works like many place words that add -n / -ian: the place is Algeria, the person or the adjective is Algerian. Do not use Algeria to describe a person; that names the country only.
