Going with prostitutes — paying women for sex, spoken of as a habit or a way of life. It is a noun made from a verb, and it lives almost entirely in a few fixed phrases: 'go whoring', 'whoring around', 'drinking and whoring'. The picture is of a man out at night, spending money, not going home. The word is old, coarse, and heavy with judgement. You meet it in the Bible, in Shakespeare, in old novels, in songs — it belongs to a world that talked about sin. Nobody in a modern Taipei office is going to use it. Because it is built on 'whore', it insults the women involved while it is busy judging the man. There is a second, newer use you will actually see more often, and it is worth knowing so it does not confuse you: online, people say things like 'karma whoring' or 'attention whoring' to mean chasing likes or attention shamelessly. It is the same insult stretched to mean 'selling yourself cheap for something', and it is also rude. Some people use it about themselves as a joke; it still offends others.
