A warden is a person whose job is to watch over a place or make sure people follow the rules there. The exact job changes depending on the word in front of it: a "prison warden" runs a prison, a "park warden" or "game warden" looks after a park or protects wild animals, and a "traffic warden" checks that cars are parked legally. In American English, "warden" by itself usually means the head of a prison.
管理員、看守員;(美) 典獄長。
