    文法可數名詞：前面可以加 a/an，要表示複數時常常加 -s。

    voter 是「有投票權的人」或「這次去投票的人」，兩層意思英文用同一個字。中文的「選民」很接近，但英文的 voter 常常成群出現（voters、young voters、Labour voters），因為新聞關心的是一群人怎麼投，而不是某一個人。

    正式Used before another noun to talk about how people with the right to vote behave, especially in the phrase voter apathy, when many of them do not bother to vote.
