Still holding the same belief or attitude after something happened that might have changed it. The key is that word 'after' — unshaken always looks back at a test. Someone was criticised, lost an election, heard terrible evidence, and still: 'his confidence was unshaken', 'she remained unshaken in her support for him'. This is what separates it from unshakeable. Unshakeable is a permanent quality of the belief itself, true before any test comes; unshaken is a report on what survived one particular blow. So it usually appears with words like remained, was, seemed, and often with 'by': 'unshaken by the criticism', 'unshaken by his defeat'. It is a formal word, at home in news reports, court reports, and biographies, and rare in casual chat. It can describe the person ('she was unshaken') or the thing inside them ('her loyalty was unshaken'), and both are natural.
