In a rough, sudden, abrupt way, with no and no proper goodbye or explanation. It almost always describes how someone was pushed, dropped, thrown, or removed — 'He was unceremoniously thrown out of the bar', 'She dumped the bag unceremoniously on the floor', 'The manager was unceremoniously after eight years'. The word carries a feeling of : the person or thing deserved better treatment than they got, and the speaker usually thinks so too. A 'ceremony' is a formal event with proper steps, so doing something 'unceremoniously' means skipping all the proper steps — no warning, no thanks, no dignity. It is a slightly literary or newspaper-ish word; you meet it far more in writing than in daily speech. It works only as an adverb, so it needs a verb to attach to, and it usually sits right next to that verb.
組成un-（不）+ ceremonious（講究禮數的）+ -ly（副詞字尾）。核心是 ceremony「儀式、禮數」——把該有的禮數全部省掉。
