This is the adverb of — it describes HOW something is said, shown or decided: in a way that leaves only one possible meaning.
You will see it in two positions. In front of an adjective: 'the results were unambiguously positive' — meaning there is no room to read them any other way. And with a verb: 'She stated unambiguously that she would not resign' — she said it in words nobody could twist.
A useful thing to notice: writers often reach for this word when someone else HAS tried to twist the meaning. 'He unambiguously condemned the attack' quietly answers the question 'did he really, though?' So the word often carries a small argument inside it — it is defending a claim, not just describing one.
Like its adjective, it is formal and mostly written. In conversation people say 'He said it straight out' or 'She made it totally clear'. If a student 'I unambiguously want to go', it is not wrong grammar, but it sounds like a court report about a birthday party.
組成unambiguous + -ly（副詞字尾）；再往下拆是 un-（不）+ ambi-（兩邊）+ -ig-（走、驅使，來自拉丁文 agō）+ -uous（形容詞字尾）。-ly 本來是「像…的樣子」的意思。
