Trolleyed means very drunk. It is British slang, quite casual, and it is used with get or be: "we got absolutely trolleyed on Saturday." It nearly always turns up with a strengthening word in front — absolutely, completely, totally, well — because the point of the word is the extreme. It is friendly and a bit comic, the word you use telling a story about a night out among friends, not a word you use to describe a serious drinking problem or to write about someone with sympathy. Do not use it about your boss, in an email, or in an exam. English has a whole crowd of these words meaning the same thing — hammered, smashed, plastered, wasted, legless — and trolleyed sits with them; it is one of the less common ones, and sounds distinctly British, so an American listener may not know it. It is almost always used after the fact, about yourself or your friends, in a slightly proud, slightly embarrassed way. Note that it exists only in this form: you cannot say "he trolleys" or "she is trolleying".
