Thrice means three times. It is the old partner of "once" and "twice" — English kept the first two and quietly dropped the third. Nobody says thrice in ordinary conversation today; a native speaker says "three times." You meet thrice in old writing, in the Bible (Peter denying Jesus thrice), in Shakespeare, and in fixed phrases like "thrice-blessed" or "thrice as much." Modern writers use it on purpose to sound old, formal, playful, or a bit grand. One real exception: in Indian English thrice is alive and normal — many speakers in India say "I called him thrice" the way others say "three times," and that is correct English in that variety. So the honest answer is: dead in Britain and America, healthy in India, and always available if you want an antique flavour.
