Tasselled means 'having tassels on it'. It goes in front of a noun: a tasselled cushion, a tasselled curtain, tasselled loafers (shoes with two little tassels on the top — a classic men's dress shoe). It simply saves you from saying 'a cushion with tassels on it'. Two things worth knowing. First, the spelling: British English writes tasselled with two l's, American English usually writes tasseled with one. Both are correct in their own place; Taiwan schools generally follow the British spelling, but you will meet the American one constantly online, so do not mark it wrong in your head. Second, the feel of the word: tasselled describes an object, and it often carries a small hint of something old-fashioned, formal, or a bit fancy — heavy curtains in an old hotel, a lamp in your grandmother's house. It is not a common everyday word. Most people just say 'with tassels'.
