'Syrian' is the word for a person from Syria, and also the adjective for anything connected to Syria. As a noun it means a citizen of that country: 'She is a Syrian', 'thousands of Syrians'. As an adjective it goes before a noun: Syrian food, the Syrian government, a Syrian passport, the Syrian city of Aleppo. Both uses take a capital letter, always — this is a rule for all words made from country names in English. Two things worth knowing about how it is really used. First, in the news since 2011 the phrase you will meet most is 'Syrian refugees', people who left because of the war; because of that, the word carries a weight in English news that a plain country adjective normally does not, and some Syrians abroad feel tired of only being spoken about that way. Second, 'Syrian' names nationality, not ethnic group or religion — Syrians include Arabs, , Armenians and others, and Muslims, Christians and more. So do not assume anything beyond 'from Syria' when you hear it.
組成Syria + -an. The ending -an is one English uses to make a person or an adjective out of a place name; it came through Middle English from Old French, and before that from Latin -anus. You see the same ending in 'American', 'Korean', 'Mexican'.
