To do with — that is, with numbers collected about a lot of cases, and with what those numbers can and cannot tell you. It is an adjective, so it goes in front of a noun: statistical data, statistical analysis, a statistical model, statistical evidence. Two flavours are worth separating. Sometimes it just means "made of numbers": a statistical report is a report full of figures. But often it carries a sharper meaning — "true of the group, and worked out by proper mathematical method, but not necessarily true of you." That is what people mean by a statistical difference or a statistical link between two things: the pattern is real across thousands of people, yet it says nothing certain about any single person. You'll meet the phrase statistically significant in the news constantly, and that is where this second flavour lives. The word is formal and belongs to research, journalism and business writing, not to casual talk.
