1. 1

A spritzer is a long, light drink made by pouring soda water into wine — nearly always white wine, unless someone says otherwise. The point is to make the wine weaker and more refreshing, so it is what people order on a hot afternoon, or when they want something alcoholic but do not want to get drunk. Because of that it has a bit of a social flavour in Britain: it can sound like a careful, slightly old-fashioned drink, and it is sometimes gently teased as what someone orders when they are 'being good'. Serve it cold with ice. Note that in Taiwan the word is barely used in Chinese conversation — you would order 白酒加蘇打水 or just say the English.

    白酒蘇打(白酒加蘇打水的清爽調飲)。台灣多半直接說英文或說「白酒加蘇打水」,沒有固定的通俗中文名
