- 1
A formal verb meaning to perform anal sex on someone. The important thing about this word is where it lives: it belongs to law, court reports, news about crimes, and older religious writing — not to ordinary talk about sex. Because it appears so often in criminal cases, English speakers hear it most in the context of assault, and it now carries a strong feeling of force or violation even when the sentence does not say so. People describing their own consensual sex lives do not use this verb. It also has a loose, figurative use in angry speech — 'the tax office has sodomized us this year' — meaning treated very badly and , but this is crude and best left alone. Read it in a news report or a law text and you will understand it; that is enough.
雞姦(正式、法律用語,多出現在刑案報導與法條中,帶強迫、侵犯的意味)
組成Sodom + -ize. Sodom is the biblical city; '-ize' is the ending that turns a noun into a verb meaning 'to do that thing', as in memorize or apologize. So: to do what Sodom was said to be guilty of.
