Sluttish is the adjective built from 'slut', and it carries the same very offensive judgement: it describes a woman, or her clothes or behaviour, as sexually loose. As with the noun, learn it to recognise it, never to use it. It has a slightly different feel from the noun, though, and the difference is worth noticing. 'Slut' is spat directly at a person; 'sluttish' is more often used at a distance, about appearance — 'sluttish clothes', 'sluttish makeup' — which makes it sound like the cool judgement of someone looking down on her. That coldness does not make it kinder; it is the tone of an old-fashioned novel or a disapproving relative, and it is still an attack. The word is also noticeably old-fashioned. You will meet it in books written a hundred years ago far more than in speech today, and in those older books you may find it in its original sense of dirty and untidy, describing a messy room or a badly kept house with no sexual meaning at all. So if you find 'sluttish' in an old novel, check what the writer is looking at — the housekeeping or the woman. If you want to describe clothes in normal English today, say 'revealing' if you mean it shows a lot of skin, and nothing at all if you simply mean you do not like it.
