Slobbery describes something wet with spit. A slobbery kiss is the kind that leaves your cheek wet; a slobbery mouth is wet in a way you do not want near you. People say it about dogs, babies, and kisses. It is not a nice word — the feeling is 'too wet, a bit disgusting.' This sense is simply plus -y: full of . (There is another, less common formation from slob + -ery, meaning the state of being a slob. That is not this meaning.)
