Seraphic means extremely beautiful or pure, in the way people imagine an angel — calm, bright, almost too good for an ordinary room. Writers use it for a face, a smile, a voice, a look. It is a dressed-up, adjective, not a word you need at the shops. It does not mean “this person is a seraph” in a church sense; it borrows the feeling of that angel and lays it on a human moment. If you say it about a real person, it can sound like high praise, or a little as if you have put them in a painted church window.
