Sartorially is the adverb from sartorial: it means “in the way someone dresses,” again especially of a man, and again often with a little humour. You might read “sartorially elegant,” or, more jokingly, “sartorially challenged” — a teasing way to say someone does not dress well. Same feeling as the adjective: newspaper English, not playground English. Use it when the point is the clothes, not the person underneath.
