As a noun, saleable is rare (people say saleables for goods meant for sale); the adjective is the one you will meet.

Do not mix it with “on sale.” A thing can be saleable at full price. On sale means the price has been reduced.
Do not mix it with 'on sale.'不要把它跟'on sale'搞混 A thing can be saleable at full price一樣東西原價就可以是saleable可銷售的。On sale on sale意思是 the price has been reduced價格已經降低了。
組成sale (the selling of goods) + -able (able to be sold). The same pieces also give a rare noun use for goods meant for sale.
