Salaciously tells you how something is done. If someone , talks, or looks salaciously, they do it in a way that shows too much interest in sex — on the private parts of a story, or looking at a person that way. The feeling is the same as salacious: not a compliment, a bit formal, used about news, gossip, and behaviour people think is too much. You are describing the manner, not naming the thing itself.
