1. 1

Rhodesian means 'of ' or 'from '. was the old name, in British times, for the land that is now Zimbabwe (the south) and (the north). So a Rhodesian farm is a farm from that place and time; Rhodesian history is the history of that period. As a noun, a Rhodesian is a person who came from that former country. Today people from Zimbabwe are Zimbabwean, not Rhodesian — though actually some older people who left in those years still call themselves Rhodesian. You will mostly see this word in history, old newspapers, and family stories, not on a modern passport.
