Born again - used when someone or something starts completely fresh, often full of new energy, sometimes after a hard time or a big change. You can say a run-down neighborhood was 'reborn' after renovation, or that someone felt 'reborn' after a good vacation. It's also a religious idea in some faiths, being 'born again' spiritually.
