A radio-telephone is a telephone that sends and receives speech as radio signals, so it can work in a car, a boat, or another moving place, without a wire to the other person. Older taxis, ships, and police cars used them. Today most people just say mobile phone or cell phone for the small phone in a pocket; radio-telephone sounds older or more technical, and often means that earlier kind used in vehicles or at sea.
無線電話(多指車、船上靠無線電訊號通話的那種;不是家裡的室內無線電話)
