Purchasable means you can buy it. A thing is purchasable if a shop will sell it, or if the law lets you pay money for it. People write it on websites, in ads, and in formal notes: "purchasable online," "not purchasable in this country." Though actually, in everyday talk most people just say "you can buy it" or "it's for sale." Purchasable sounds a bit stiff, like a form. It does not mean the act of buying — that is purchase. It only says the thing is able to be bought. Sometimes it also hints that something is not free; you have to pay.
