    Predicatively is the adverb that belongs with predicative. If a book says an adjective is used predicatively, it means the adjective comes after the verb, the way happy does in ‘She is happy,’ not in front of a noun. You almost only see this long word in grammar explanations. Nobody says it on the bus. It is a classroom pointing word: look, this is the after-the-verb use.
