Poo-poo is a small child’s word for poo — the waste that comes out of your bottom. Grown-ups say it to toddlers, or when they are being cute or lightly disgusted. It is the same thing as poo, only more nursery and doubled. It is not a polite word in a formal place, but it is not a very strong rude word either; it belongs in the bathroom and the , not in a school essay.
