Pluralistic is the adjective for pluralism. A pluralistic society is one where many , religions, and political beliefs live side by side, and those differences are allowed to stay. A pluralistic view is the belief that this is possible and right. You use it to describe a noun: a pluralistic country, a pluralistic classroom, a pluralistic tradition. It is still a formal word, for essays, news, and careful talk, not for chatting about lunch. It does not mean “more than one” in the grammar sense (that is just plural). It means the place or the idea has room for many kinds of people and beliefs at once.
組成plural + -istic (makes an adjective: “of that belief or system”).
