In an enjoyable way — doing something so that it feels good, not rushed, not grim. “They spent the evening pleasurably” means they enjoyed it. It is quite formal and a little stiff in speech; most people would say “we had a nice time” or “we enjoyed it.” Same idea as pleasurable, just the how, not the what.
