If you are perturbed, you are worried or about something that has happened, or that you think will happen. The calm has gone; you keep turning the thing over. It is a quiet, rather formal kind of worry, not usually shouting or tears. A teacher, a , or a novel might say someone looked perturbed. Friends your age would more often say worried, , or thrown. Though actually the word can also follow the science use of : a perturbed orbit is one that has been nudged off its usual path, and no person needs to feel anything. In school English, though, you will almost always meet the human feeling first.
組成From perturb + -ed. The -ed here makes an adjective: made to feel unsettled, or, in science, pushed off the usual path.
