Perplexedly is the rather rare adverb: you look, , or ask perplexedly when you are confused and a little worried because you do not understand. Almost nobody says it in ordinary conversation; writers use it to paint a face or a small gesture. If you need the idea in speech, with a confused look is what people actually say. It does not describe the hard thing itself — only the manner of the person who is stuck.
