Perjured is how we talk about the lie after it has been told, or about the person who told it. A perjured witness lied after promising the court the truth. Perjured evidence or perjured testimony is that false story. It is also the past tense of : “he perjured himself”. Same legal idea, used as an adjective or as a past form. Formal courtroom and news English, not a general word for “dishonest”.
