A perisher is a child who is being naughty or a bother — the kid who will not sit still, talks back, or makes a mess. It is British, informal, and a little old-fashioned. Parents and say it, often with a mix of and warmth: “you little perisher!” It is not a serious insult, and you would not write it in a school report. Though actually, adults sometimes aim it at any small person who is being a pest, not only at a child who is truly “bad”. American English does not use the word this way.
