Pebbledash (also written -dash or dash) is a covering for the outside walls of a house. Wet cement is spread on, and then lots of tiny round stones are thrown onto it so they stick. When it dries, the wall looks rough and . It is a very British look: whole streets of twentieth-century houses wear it. Some people like it because it lasts and hides dirt; some think it is ugly. You can use it as a verb too: they pebbledashed the front of the house. The 'dash' is the builder's quick throw, not a fight in the street.
