In the UK, a P60 is the official yearly record your employer must give you after the tax year ends. It is not a bill, not a contract, and not a for one month. It lists how much they paid you that year, and how much tax and National Insurance they already took out of your pay. The UK tax year does not follow the calendar: it ends in early April, so the P60 usually arrives in April or May. You keep it, because you may need it later — for a tax return, a loan, benefits, or simply to prove what you earned. Though actually, people often mix it up with the P45, which is a different form you get when you leave a job. The P60 is the once-a-year summary. The name is only the form's code; it does not mean anything on its own.

組成P60 is the form's official code in the UK PAYE series (Pay As You Earn: tax taken from wages before you receive them). 60 is simply this form's number.
