An organogram is a drawing of a company, school, or office that shows who sits above whom — the boss at the top, then managers, then the rest of the team, usually in boxes with lines between them. British offices and government papers use this word; in American English people almost always say organization chart, or just org chart. It is dry workplace language. It tells you rank and reporting, not what people actually do all day, and people sometimes joke that the real work happens in the gaps the drawing cannot show. It has nothing to do with the organs of the body.
