An organivore is a person who tries to eat only organic food — food grown without many factory chemicals. The word is a bit of a joke-build, made to sound like herbivore and , so it wears a scientific coat, but people use it lightly, in newspapers or blogs, not in biology class. It is uncommon, and it is not a medical diet with strict rules. Though actually, if you only look at the letters, you might think it means someone who eats organs, the inner parts of an animal. That is not what speakers mean. They mean organic.
