Navigation is the act of finding your way from one place to another, especially when it's not simple. Ships, planes, and cars all need navigation to reach the right place. Today, most people think of the navigation app on their phone that gives directions while driving. The word is also used for finding your way around a website or app — the menu that helps you click to different pages is sometimes called 'navigation' too.
