Marketability is the “how easy to sell” of a thing. If a skill, a house, a degree, or a design has high marketability, people want it, so it can be sold without a long fight. This is a business-school noun; in everyday talk you might just say “people will buy this” or “this will sell”. Though actually, high marketability does not always mean “good” or “lasting”. It can mean “fashionable this year”, which may change fast. Low marketability can be about timing, not about the thing being useless.
