A manor is a large, old house in the countryside, especially one that used to belong to a rich or noble family, often with land around it - like a small, grand estate you might read about in old English stories. In British slang, 'manor' can also mean someone's own local area or neighborhood, their 'turf' - 'that's my manor' means 'this is my area.'
