If music, a podcast, or a voice is listenable, it is pleasant enough to listen to — you do not want to switch it off. It is a soft, everyday word, much used by reviewers. Though actually, it can be faint praise: “It's listenable” sometimes means “I didn't hate it,” not “it is wonderful.” Friends use it that way too. It is not the same as audible, which only means you can hear the sound at all; a shout can be audible and still ugly. The opposite, unlistenable, is much ruder — that album hurts. Built in the obvious way from listen. Informal to neutral; you would not put it in a very stiff report, but it is not slang.
