A kinswoman is a female relative — an aunt, a cousin, a woman of your family. Like kinsman, it belongs to older, formal, or story-book English. In ordinary talk people say relative, or the exact word (aunt, sister, cousin). It is the pair of kinsman, built the same way. Though actually, it can also mean a woman of the wider kin-group, not only someone in the same house. Same warning as with kinsman: kin is family, not kindness.
女親戚、女性親屬
