The adverb of 'irreparable': in a way that can never be repaired or put right. It almost always sits in front of a past participle describing damage — irreparably damaged, irreparably harmed, irreparably broken, irreparably lost. That is its natural home, and if you use it there you will sound right. It is formal, and common in news writing and serious speech: 'her reputation was irreparably damaged'. Because it points at a permanent result, it works best with things that happened once and cannot be undone. Note the same stress as the adjective: ir-REP-ar-ably.
