Indefatigably is how you do something when you will not give up and do not seem to tire of trying. She worked indefatigably for the hospital. He campaigned indefatigably. It has the same grand, slightly old flavour as indefatigable: you will read it more than you will hear it. Though actually, this “-ly” form showed up in English before the adjective was common — the wrong way round if you like tidy grammar stories. The manner-word arrived first, in the 16th century, and the describing-word later. For a student, it is enough to treat it as indefatigable + -ly: it tells you about the doing, not about a person sitting still.
