    Your idiolect is the way you, as one person, use language — the words you reach for, the little grammar habits, the phrases you always tack on. Two people from the same town still do not speak in exactly the same way; each has an idiolect. Linguists use this word. Ordinary people almost never say it; they would just say “the way she talks”. It is a precise, classroom word, not a rude one, and it has nothing to do with being stupid, even though it looks a little like idiot.
