A haemophiliac is a person who has — the clotting illness in which blood does not get thick as it should, so bleeding is hard to stop. You will also hear “a person with ”, which many people prefer because it puts the person first, not the illness. Same British ae spelling; American spelling is hemophiliac. It names the person, not the disease.
