In a newspaper or magazine, full-page means the thing covers the whole of one page, from edge to edge. A full-page advertisement is the expensive kind that a company buys so nobody can miss it; a full-page photo or a full-page interview works the same way. The word belongs to print layout. You would not usually call a chapter in a book full-page, and a website does not really have “pages” in this old sense, though people sometimes borrow the word anyway. Though actually, it is about one printed page, not about writing a lot.
