A full-grown animal, plant, or person has reached their adult size and will not get bigger. A full-grown cat is as large as that cat will get; a full-grown oak is a tree, not a . You are talking about the body, not about skill or job. A child can be clever and still not full-grown; a full-grown man can still be new at his work. It is ordinary, slightly descriptive English — fine in speech and in writing about nature, farming, or people. American English uses full-grown a lot; fully-grown is the same idea and is common too, especially in British English.
full-grown 指動物、植物或人已經長到成熟的大小，之後不會再長大，例如「a full-grown cat」就是長成的貓，「a full-grown oak」是大樹，不是小樹苗。它講的是身體的體型，不是技術或工作能力，所以小孩可以很聰明卻還沒長大，成年人也可能工作經驗還很淺。
這是很平常、帶一點描述性的英文，說話和寫作都能用。美式英文常用 full-grown，英式英文則常見 fully-grown，意思一樣。
