Frigidaire is an American brand of refrigerator. For some people, especially older speakers in parts of the US, the brand name became a name for the machine itself: the Frigidaire could mean any fridge, the way some people say for any tissue. Though actually that generic use is ; most people now just say fridge. In Taiwan you may still see the brand on a shop sticker or a home . It is a proper name, so it takes a capital F.
