Fraternal means — to do with brothers, or with the warm friendly feeling between people who share something. A fraternal organisation is a club whose members treat each other as brothers. In medicine, fraternal twins are twins who grew from two separate eggs, so they are no more alike than ordinary brothers and sisters.
