Eyeliner is coloured make-up you put along the edge of the eyelid, next to the lashes. The line can be thin and soft or thick and sharp. Though actually, eyeliner does not always make the eyes look bigger — some people wear a small tight line just to make the lashes look fuller, not to change the size.
